Trailer for Samuel L. Jackson con artist thriller The Samaritan

IFC Films has released the trailer for the David Weaver film The Samaritan. In the film Samuel L. Jackson plays a grifter who’s been released from prison after 20 years, hoping for a fresh start. When he meets an elusive young woman named Iris (Ruth Negga), the possibility of a new start looks real. But his past is proving to be a stubborn companion.

The Samaritan, which hits U.K. cinemas on April 20th, also stars Luke Kirby, Tom Wilkinson, Gil Bellows, Aaron Poole, Tom McCamus, Martha Burns, Stephen Eric McIntyre, Alan C. Peterson and Deborah Kara Unger.
